Bill closed the sale of 8.6 acres to
Stacy Furniture for RNJ17, LTD at the northeast quadrant of Main and SH 121 in The Colony. Mr. Stacy intends to build his third store on the site and is considering other tenant opportunities for the project. Mr. Stacy's original store is in Grapevine. A second store is located in Allen. In the fall of 2007 he purchased a 400,000 SF warehouse in Flower Mound.
Bill Davidson brokered the sale
of the Highland Village Business Park at 2250 and 2280 Highland Village Road in Highland Village, Texas in November, 2008.
An out-of-state investor with local ties sold it to a Lewisville based partnership in a transaction that included a
tax-deferred exchange. The project was 88% leased. It contained approximately $16,000 SF on 5 acres.
Nortex Modular celebrated their tenth anniversary.
Nortex is based in Lewisville with offices in Houston, Austin and Denver. They are a leader in the construction, sale and leasing of modular buildings for school, government, office, construction and other applications. First Commercial Realty leased a 40,000 SF facility with 8 acres on Huffines Drive in Lewisville during November 2007. The property is owned by the City of Farmers Branch. Bill Davidson has assisted the city on this project for more than seven years.
